We strongly encourage you to make a reservation; however, it is not required. When making a boarding reservation, a 50% deposit is due at the time of making the boarding reservation. We require a two night minimum stay during holidays. Please make cancellations and refund requests at least three days prior to reservation date to get a full refund.

Yes. All dogs need to be up to date with Bordetella, Rabies, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus); additionally, we require a negative fecal test. All dogs are required to be on flea and tick prevention. The youngest we can take is ~4 months old, if fully vaccinated. Dogs over 6 months old need to be spayed or neutered in order to play with others. If they are not spayed or neutered, they will be in a separate area without other dogs.
Yes. We are happy to provide you with updates. Webcams are also available for pets in the luxury kennels.
Yes, if your dogs can fit comfortably in one kennel, they can stay together.

Yes! We provide bathing services, as well as ear cleanings, nail trimmings, and hair brushing. Professional grooming is by appointment with our highly trained groomer.
It is strongly encouraged that you bring the food your dog has been on; however, we do have in-house food, for an extra cost.
Yes, daycare is open in inclement weather. We have the option to close the doors to our play yards so that the weather will not affect daycare.

If your dog does not like to play with other dogs, we have separate areas that they will be able to enjoy without being with other dogs.
You can bring your pets bedding and toys; however, we do provide comfortable raised beds & a kong treat (at your request) to occupy their time.
